IPSF = One great outfit!

I know there is a vendor experiences forum but I really want everyone to know about this.

I must say these guys are one class act.

I ordered a bunch of stuff a little over a week ago. They did everything they said they would. Promt replies to email also.

Then those scumbags attacked our country. My order from IPSF was stuck in Oakland, CA.

I got my order about a week late. Almost everything died. Quite the nasty smell when I opened the box.

I emailed Gerald at IPSF before it got here to ask him if he thought anything would make it. He didnt and had already planned to send me a new shipment without my even asking.

It wasnt his fault, he really didnt have to send me a new shipment, but he did anyway.

This guy went the extra mile for me and even went way out to keep me informed. This is one outfit thats got it together.

If they sell something I need in the future I will not even look elsewhere. I will definately be buying from them again. I urge you to do as well.

gerald is great he is very prompt about replying to emails and everything arrived in excellent condition. They were definatly a pleasure to deal w/. since i am redoing my tank and upgrading the system a lil bit i know i am going to have die off. so i am definatly going to get another kit from them...:D

He has an awesome business and he has been fantastic to deal with. I have purchased several detrivore kits, I have been very pleased with them all and his service. He has things that noone else can get being in the sunny state of Hawaii. Keep up the good work Gerald!!

I was in the same position you were in last week. I finally got my package on Saturday morning and to my surprise some of my stuff made it O.K. Gerald sent me a whole new package without me even asking. I thought that was very generous. They will have my business in the future.
