hello, I am a newb starting a 75g tank and 30g refugium/sump...
it's been little over two weeks and I am listing my wish list for the livestocks...
2nd week of cycling, i had a pistol shrimp and a banded goby in... don't know why=lack of patience...:rolleyes: anyways... they seem very happy all the level's are still same... where it should be except nitrate level being 5-10...
anyways... these are my wish list that I would like to have/already in my tank...
already have:
1. banded goby
2. pistol shrimp
3. 10 snails
4. 5 hermit crabs... big ones about 4x1" and 1x2"
planning to have:
(will add little at a time)
inverts
1. 2x red/blood shrimps(paired up)
2. 2x cleaner shrimps(paried up)
3. 2x peppermint shrimps(paried up)
( i got some more live rock today and saw some aiptasia and herd that peppermint shrimps will help in this matter)
4. 1-2x sally light foot crabs
fish
5. 2x clowns of any kind(paired up)
6. 2x firefish
7. 1x butterfly(not sure if they are reefsafe????)
8. 1x tang
9. 1x blennie of some sort
plus or minus
i currently have about 70lbs of LR and 100lbs of aragonite with 10lb of live sand seeding.
just added some mac algaes in refugium..
do i have too many shrimps?
can i have any small puffer in a reef tank?
