Complete 72G RR set-up in Delaware

I’m just wanted to get interest in how easily I will be able to sell this stuff off. I’ve moved into a new place, and despite telling my roommates the space and things I would need room for (i.e. a garbage can for water changes and letting me hook up my RODI – they refused, saying that the water softener filters the water L) they aren’t going along with my reef-keeping desires. This leaves me with two choices, either sell out, or move out. After having recently moved only a few weeks ago I don’t want to go through moving this tank again – so selling is my only option. I’m still going to keep a small tank with all of the corals I have which I will be able to maintain without much effort and move if I must, although I will need to get rid of everything else that will not fit. This includes:

About 70Lbs of corraline-covered live rock, fully cured large pieces – extremely porus (about 10 lbs a piece) – most about the size of a football - $250 or $4/Lb

One 250W Ice Cap electronic ballast – less than 6 mo old
One 250W Reef Optics III reflector – less than 6 mo old
One 250W 20K Aqualine Buske bulb – Less than 6 mo old – all three for $250

Aquadyne Octopus 3000 With pH/Temp/ORP probes, full instruction manual and calibration liquids – $300

22Gal ReefDevil Sump – Drilled for 1.5� bulkhead – currently capped. - $150

72Gal Bowfront Reef-Ready All-Glass tank with oceanic top and All-Glass Stand. The tank is in perfect condition, one barely visible scratch no one that has looked at the tank can see it, but I know it’s there ;). The Stand could use a little paint, the hood has been modified for my lighting, check my gallery for pictures. - $$?? Make me an offer

M3 10Lb CO2 Tank – less than 6 mo old at least ¾ full, probably more - $80

What does M3 mean? I'm looking for the co2 components for my reactor and I am really interested in the tank and regulator

M3 just a brand name, If you do a search you should be able to find more info on them fairly easily. It has a light that turns on when the solenoid is open which is nice. I'll include my crappy little aquamedic reactor if anyone buys both the tank and regulator ;)

I can pull this and a few other items right off of the setup, so they're available immediately
