Proper Instructions of a Aqua Clear Pro 75 wet/dry filtration system! Please Help!

[Juststarting]

I'm Just starting and Just purchased a 75 gallon tank with a built in Twin overflow. I also purchased a Aqua Clear Pro 75 wet/dry filtration system. I figured out how to correctly hook up the over flow kit that i had bought. Im a little clueless on the intructions of the wet/dry filter system though. the two straight pieces of the overflow kit under the tank im confused about. It's been cemented and primed but what should I do now. Does it need vinyl on the straight pieces of pvc? Where would they go if it does? Would someone please give me dummy intructions. It would greatly help me out and I figured this was the place. Also do i need a pump or is it just flowed through the vinyl by gravity.

I ask these questions because the instruction with everything are not to thorough!
