how to build ghetto-fuge-cheap?

Want info on this ghetto-fuge I'm hearing about. I have 30 gallon eclipse. Please.

Get the Lights of America flood lamp at HD. $15
Silicone at HD $5
Plumbing should not be more then $5
Sand, lr, plants $75

You might do all this for less then $100

make sure you check out the scrap heap at Home Depot or other hardware stores. Got some plexiglass off the scrap heap for $5 at a local TrueValue....and they even cut them to size for free.
