I think I've had this for about 2 months. Black Sunlight Supply Tek Light - 4x 48" bulbs 54W each. Can be run as a pendant. Cost me $250 + $115 for the bulbs + shipping, would like to get $275 for it. The bulbs are 3 Blue Plus & 1 Actinic. They're a couple months old but T5's run for about 18 months.

I love it, but I'm going 100% Metal Halide.

Thanks,

David

I do like them a lot. It's very white, and very bright. But that's not why I'm taking down the T5's - I'm putting up a 20K MH bulb for blue later this week.

Here is a link to the fixture

And the bulbs

Anyone interested? It's $100 less than I paid.

Just thought I'd try one more time, how about $250. It's pretty much brand new, and now it's just taking up space. Anyone? It really was $375 new, I have the receipt.

Hey Nemo - there is not really much I need right now, so I'm not sure what I'd trade for. But I'm sure you could sell enough RBTA's to other people and it would be a 3-way swap. ;-)

lol poly. Yeah I'm excited to get this pendant hung. I used to use 20K 250W and really liked it, but as Carlos said, 20K 250 & 20K 400 are different ball games altogether. I'm most excited about being able to get in my tank again. Even with a big tank, it's hard fitting a TekLight and an Aquaspacelight.

Did you get some nice frags from Carlos?

You should just pop a 400w 20k pendant directly behind your ASL. The majority of your corals are towards the back as it is.

OK, how about $225? That's $150 off. Bulbs still have well over a year left, probably used a total of less than a month. It's going to be at PROP tomorrow for some demonstration (I won't be there) if you'd like to see it.

G - that's exactly what I did. I love the look of the 20K with the 10K.
