HELP on pump selection!

I am so lost in pump land!!! with so many pumps out there it seems as though I have narrowed it down to a few brands but i still need your help. It will be submerged and used for a return into an octo tank. Mag, Eheim, and dolphin sound good from what i hear... I need one with about 350-400 GPH and it needs to be super quiet for my bedroom. What one should i get?

Using the head loss calculator a mag 7 with one outlet and 3 90 degree bends will push 411gph. A buddy of mine runs two of these on his 90 gallon and it is silent.

If you can handle the heat they put out, the custom sealife velocity pumps are by far the quitest I have ever had.
