These guys are Isopods right?

(i know there not amphipods since these are flat and not curly, and there obviously not copepods since those are like 100x smaller, so I'm guessing there Isopods)

Funny thing is, is that there are tons of these little guys in my desktop nano, and almost no amphipods. Yet my other tank has tons of amphipods and almost no Isopods. :p

If you get a blank page, that means the movie has not finished loading yet.

The origonal file worked for me, came right up in winamp.

Can't id the creatures, they look pretty big wish I had them going on in my fuge.

If they’re not the blood sucking variety.

Or you don't have the software to run the video ;)

Medaka that picture you posted looks like your every day pod to me (Amphipods, Copepods). Here is an article about isopods that might help you understand thier look Pills, Parasites, and Predators; Isopods in the Reef Aquarium (http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-05/rs/index.htm)

Isopods look like their squished dorsal-ventrally (back to front) while amphipods look like their squished laterally (side to side).

Another post.... :)

I would say it looks more like an isopod than a copepod or an amphipods. What zoom are you using on your camera and is that a macro shot?
