remora pro stopped skimming

ive had my remora pro for over a year now and am quite happy with it... but last tuesday i bought 2 maxijets for more water circulation and my remora pro stoped working... it hasnt produced skim for 2 days...is the power head to blame for this? i have the mag 3 and i jsut use the maxijets for circulation.....thanks!!

The only thing I can think of is there was some kind of residual residue on the pumps or your hands that knocked out the skimmer for a while. If anything could be a good time to take the skimmer down for a good cleaning.

Cleaning was my thought as well. How long has it been since the skimmer and pump were cleaned?

After a few days it will kick in again.
