Baby shrimp???

Please help me find out what these are! They look like baby shrimp but I think they are really something else.We only see them in one size and always see what looks like molt from them going around in thank. To find them we have to look with a flash light at night or early morning around thick soft corals or hiding places in rocks.They have no real color to them. We do have 2 peppermint shrimp and one that is Black and white with feather looking arms(I don't know the name of it). We have the little fleas in the tank but these are allot bigger than they are. Any help would be great.:confused:

If you see them off and on they are probably not baby shrimp. Due to the harsh world of our tanks, baby shrimp will only last a couple of days at most. If I were to guess, maybe copepods.

If the tail is straight, I'd say Mysis shrimp. If it's curled under the body, amphipods.
