How could I watch my fishes via web?

Hi,
I am not sure where to post this question but I want to watch my fishes via the web. I have 3 analog security camera with a security web software but it does not publish the pictures on the web. Is there a a way to publish the pictures on the web for me to check them on the road? Thanks :)

If you have a way to get the video to your home computer then there are lots of programs available to help you publish the video or still shots. I use a package called EvoCam that uses ftp to upload a picture to my site every 45 seconds. It works great.
