I was wondering if there was a good journal or magazine to research clownfish. I love watching mine and have decided to write my research paper for a class on clowns but I am not too sure where to start looking for sources.

Thanks!

I have been looking in there. My only probple is that the prof really wants us to use scientific articles. It took me a while to seel him on the idea of me writing about clownfish but once I told him about my tank (55 gal setup), he realized that I was determined to stick with my topic. Any suggestions?

I don't know about using it as a scientific reference, but the book Clownfishes by Joyce Wilkerson is excellent.

Cheers,
Dave Johnson

Did a quick MSN search for Clown Fish Studies and got

Results 1-15 of about 9592 containing "clown fish studies"

I'm certain if you use the scientific name you'll get better results. Hope this helps?

hey, your screen name stuck out to me. i know it's a long shot, but does VT stand for Virginia Tech?

if you're in blacksburg we have a fledgling reef club. we're in the club forums as new river vally reef club. we have a meeting coming up next week.

the second book on the page (conditioning, spawning...) is a pretty scientific book. if you are in the area, i have it and you can borrow it.

Yup- I'm in Blacksburg. Is this the same club I have heard about from the guys at Zooquatic? That'd be great. I will look innto the meeting.
