tank for sale question

Im not really new, but hope someone in here can help!

Found a 45g DAS tank for sale with sand and 10lb of rock, some cleanin crew, and 2 NO light strips. (hood and stand too)

Guy wants 200 for it, but i keep seeing 75 and 90 going for 300, is the tank & stand worth it, i cant find anywhere that sales them, so i have no idea what the going price is.

That seems very high to me, considering that 10# of LR is about 2 little chunks, and the NO light strips are almost worthless except on a fish only tank. Heck, I think I've seen tanks that size brand new on sale at the LFS for that with stand.
