What are ideal water conditions: alk, sal, nitrite etc?

ideal would be ~
water - RODI
sp. gravity ~ 1.023 - 1.025 many will argue for the latter
nitrates - 0
nitrites - 0
ammo - 0
ph - steady - 8.1 - 8.2
if youre talking about a reef then...
alk - 2.5 - 3.5 (or 8 - 11 dkh)
calcium - 450
thats all i can think of. some people test for trace elements. i am not one of them.

7. calcium 400-450
8. ammonia 0

temp - 80 deg F (though that's open to debate, and a little either way's not a problem)
