Bee hives on my LR?

A while ago i purchased aquacultured LR from Florida. When i received one of the rocks it had a very small bee hive/ honey comb thing growing on it. It has grown quite a bit and there are a few more spots growing. I'm sorry i do not have any pics. Does any one know what this might be and if its bad?

I'm guessing sponge. That wouldn't really be a bad thing at all.

I do see 2 "mouths" on the biggest one. They just do not look like the other sponges i have. They are yellow/clear with red veins.

Could be tunicates. A picture would help. Two "mouths" is an indicator for tunicates, but it's hard to say.
