Phosphates and Silicates is there a home test that i could buy to test my tap water?

I like the Salifert test kits. They can be used on your tap water the same as the tank water

I contacted my local municipality to find out a complete water quality analysis, in most places they are obligated to provide one, after all we are drinking the stuff

The amount of fluoride in public drinking water here is three to six times the recommended safe limit ... it to be put into Irish drinking water
