i was looking at various skimmers out there and i was wondering what the best one is for less than 130 bucks for a 20 gallon nano reef hang on?

I'd recommend a USED PM HOT-1. You should be able to get one for 100 clams or less. I'm very happy with mine.

By the way, a new one w/pump runs about $175 or so.
