Carpet and Maroon

Hey guys,

I want to get a carpet to host a maroon clown that I have that is destroying my sand bed by digging nests. Could you tell me about the care of the carpet and wether or not it will actually host the maroon.

Well bad news I may have to remove the 3rd clown the others are showing aggression against him and he hands out in a darkened area all lone, I feel so sad for him...

BTAs are the natural host for maroons. They are also hardier and less demanding than carpet anemones.

Also, getting a carpet anemone (or any anemone) won't stop your clown from digging (our clarkii clowns always dig in the sand even though they spend much of their time in their haddoni...they constantly dig around the carpet).

YES bta is a great choice just make sure you can supply it with all its needs.the clown will not stop digging even with a anemone you should think about give her a mate,
