Has anyone here ever setup a room divider Reef?

I'm pondering setting up a room divider tank. My friend has a 150 gallon tank that he wants to get rid of. I'm thinking of taking it off his hands and making a room divider with it. The room it's going into will be 40'x16'.
Pictures would be great.
