Anyone else ordering livestock online ?

I'm wondering if it's just me or Fedex is handling the packages very roughly lately? All my orders in this past 1 or 2 months arrived in miserable conditions due to roughly handling.

they screwed mine up, i was suposed to pic it up at a station but instead they dropped it off at my neighbors house.

Yes not to mention that 1 of the packages is going to sleep tonight in NJ. Tomorrow I'll get a box full of dead corals.

Fedex Is actually several different companies

Fedex Home delivery
Fedex ground
Fedex express
Kinkos

I have had problems with Fedex Home delivery before.
Fedex express has always had excellent service, but expensive.

I've never had a problem with FedEx or UPS, they've both been great.

they always throw the packages on the front porch even when i stand rite behind the door ready to open.

Do you have the package sent to your house or your workplace? I get packages at work quicker and in better condition. If the place is in the same UPS zone and your work gets packages everyday, UPS 2 day comes overnight.
