I have a male Lyretail Anthias with popeye. He is in a 10 gal
Q-tine tank and I am using Maracyn 2. It's only been a day, but how long does it take for the eyes to go down and also for him to start eating again?

Also, am I supposed to have my bio filter off? TIA

Leave the filter running - you need it to keep the water quality. It may take the full 5 days or it could improve in a day. If you only see a small improvement after 5 days, extend the treatment for another 5. If you don't see any improvement after 5 days, do a water change and switch to another antibiotic, like nitrofurazone.
