has anyone ever kept any hydrocorals?
i just learnt about them after i got a staghorn crab. the crab lives in a hydrocoral. i have searched the web for them and they are nice looking. unlike true corals they dont have the photosythetic organisms in them so they dont need the lights!
if you have had them how hardy are they and where did you get them?

That also means that they need to be fed, alot. Unfortunately, we can't provide them with the types of food they require and they almost never survive. We are able to keep very few nonphotosynthetic corals alive.
