Anyone know where i can get one used. A 3x250 hqi fixture.

I have been looking for a used and there aren't many. You might do 3 seperate pendants then you can adjust each one depending on how much light you need for a given area. I'm having a custom hood built which will be 3 sided open top with an adjustable center brace to mount the lighting. If you want SE, I'll have a 3X250 MH w/2X165 VHO for sale in a few weeks. I purchased it new from Maine Depot less then 2 years ago, it's in excellent condition.

I 2nd the Vince at oceanencounter.com Premium Aquatics and Marine Depot are also nice. I try to spread my bussiness around to all 3 stores.
