What can I add to my tank that will eat some dinoflagellates that are on my sandbed. I have manually siphoned the dinoflagellates out of the sand, and will do some partial water changes to reduce nutrients...Are there any certain types of fish or inverts who will eat this...Any certain Gobies? thanks

Off the sand.... not really... off the rocks, snails
Hopefully you don't end up like me ....with them everywhere.

i don't think there are any natural predators that will eat dinos, and actually at high levels, are toxic to snails.

here's what i found that eats dinos....ozone. i had been battling a dino outbreak for months. i tried everything from daily siphoning to partial blackouts and nothing was working, especially my cleanup crew of blue legs and snails. i hooked up my ozone reactor and within a week of running it 24/7, all the dinos are gone.

good luck
