I am upgrading skimmers and have narrowed the choices to the euroreef or the Ets brand skimmers. I was sold on the Euros until I visited one of my best shops. He told me that if your going to spend the money then the ETS is the only way to go. Any feedback? It will be going on a 300g system.

I don't like the downdraft skimmers at all. Not a huge fan of Euroreef either, but the Euro would be a better choice than the ETS in my experience.

If you do some searches you'll find that most of the people who have used both would pick the Euro-reef.

That is the reason I was sold on the Euros. Everyone says there the best. But, like I said, this guy said don't fool with them. He says he has set up many euros on maint. accounts and they don't perform like an ETS. I would like to hear from someone who is running an ETS.
