Tankroom question

I am planning putting my tank in the wall, and making a small room behind it. The room will 4ft x 8ft. My aircondition intake and filter will be inside the room. I would like to keep it in there, but will move it if I have to.

My questions are.

Will this help with the temp and humidity in the room?

Should I put a vent fan blowing outside all the time or on a thermostate?

Will this setup smell up my whole house?

Will salt ceep messup my aircondition unit?

This is my first attempt at A reef tank any input will be great
