Anemone Problem

I have a sebae anemone that i have had for a couple months now. When i first got him he had lots of nice and big tentacles with little green tips. These tentacles have seem to slowly shrink as time has passed..

About a week ago, he disapeared and moved around the tank all day, he has finally found a spot which he seems to like... but this tentacles are now so small they look just like little bumps. He still eats and seem ok other then that.

What happen to him... I liked the large tentacles. Anything i can do?

What kind of light do you have, what do you feed it, what are your water parameters, and how long has the tank been running?

I have halides, hes been in my tank for a couple months now and my water is really good.. been feeding him brine shrimp ever once in awhile.
