Full Spectrum LEDs

Would these be useful for "spotlighting" my xenia and anything else that could use a boost of light?

I have found a place that sells them, and am waiting on some more detailed info on them, is it true that just "Full Spectrum" does not necessarily mean they would be good for livestock?

I also received in error a package of UV LEDs , dunno what to do with these other than blind myself
