Hi, I have all my sump set up and get ready but all I need is to make a overflow box now. I looked at ton of posts but still cant find an easy way to make one without any tools like drill.

Could anyone tell me the easy way to make a overflow box ( inside box and outside box) ??

I dont have any tools like drill. Anyone can help me out?

thanks in advance!

You want to make something with out tools? I don't see how that's going to be possible. You might be able to get a plastic shop to do all the cutting and drilling for you. That's your only option I'd see.

Maybe you could get away with doing a HOB -hang on back- where you would use gravity and siphoning as to drilling holes in the tank.

Buy an Amiracle overflow box for $50 (search the web for "Amiracle Prefilter box").

OR buy a large and a small "Lee's convalescent home" (You can get them from www.drsfostersmith.com) and use them as the inner/outer box.

Use magic to drill slots and screw holes...or go buy a drill for $30.

Spoze you could melt a nice hole with a blowtorch or a well placed Zippo :p

really who doesn't have at least one of those cheapo black & decker cordless screwdrivers, they're only like $20.

This works: http://www.reefs.org/library/diy/diy_winner1.html

You need a drill (or magic) though.

I heard it doesn't hold as well as Weld-on. Post it to Acrylicman.
