Hi, I drew up this design but am unsure if i have the ability to make it or even if it will work right. The sump will be 18x18x12tall and hold 16 gallons. I hope to find scraps of 1/4" large enough to make this because acrylic is expensive:eek1:
What would be the best way to start the sump, the bottom, sides, baffles? Also, which weldon is the easiest for a newbie to work with? I have zero experience. Any tips on working with acrylic or comments are very much appreciated.
