i have a 29 gal with a 2 year old false perc and royal gramma, and i want to make a good decision for my next and likely last fish.

- i have a refugium, so pod eaters would be ok
- an open top so no jumpers
- LPS/SPS so i wouldnt want to take my chances with a dwarf angel

firefish/cardinal - way too boring

im kinda looking for something that not everyone has...im sure yall know what i mean

any ideas?

How about the yasha goby. They look awesome and are not too common. I think marine depot has them in stock as well as their symbiotic shrimp.

are you asking people what woudl look good or what would go well with the tank and your other fish? I would suggest maybe a blenny

Yeah dont get a firefish, mine doesnt come out half the time and I have never seem him swim to the other side of the tank. Pretty boring, but attractive. Get a blenny or goby. Yellow watchman gobies are cool and active. The yellow color will add to the character of your tank. There are a ton of different gobies/blennies.

Yellow Watchman Goby's are very cool.

Bi color Blenny also have tons of personality.

i had a bicolor blenny and he was nipping my lps

i have shrimp so no hawkfish

other blennies are debatable because i have open top, I had a rock blenny jump out to his doom (before i changed to open top, just left the hood open by accident overnight)

dwarf angels are lps eaters too -_-

I would fo for a red-lipped blenny they are fun to watch, interactive and have great personality.

im afraid a blenny would be impossible with an open top
