Best lighting for a FO?

I am converting to a FO and want to downgrade my lighting from PC's. What is the best option that will give my tank a bright look without all the extra heat and intensity associated with PC or VHO lighting?

Make sure you get a good color bulb with some blue in it. Too many F/O owners make the mistake of getting a daylight bulbs and miss out on the colors that are brought out with the blue spectrum.
