lionfish vs bristle worm?

What would happen if a lionfish was stalking a bristle worm in one of my live rocks?

Is this a bad thing?

Should I take the rock out?

I forgot to add that he is just a little tyke.. about 3 inches

he would probably get it... bristle worms dont move that fast..

Well, I got the worm out of my tank. I think it was a fire worm.

The reason for this post was to understand the different levels of poison in each animal. I hear they both pack poison If they were to fight, which one would get it? Or is it like a mobster movie, they all get it at the end? Sorry new to this hobby.
