green hair algae

Does anyone out there know the best way to get rid of green hair algae. My tank is doing great all except for the algae. I just had a major outbreak and I would like to get rid of it.

It is caused by excess nutrients. So cultivate as much as you can, increase skimmer use, use ro water, increase water change frequency and any other form of nutrient export you can find.
