250W HQI Fixture

Hi guys, I'm looking for feedback on which 250W HQI fixture is the best out on the market, I know the 2 most popular ones are the ROIII & PFO.
Need to purchase 3 of them so looking for feedback specially which one have better reflector & how wide it spreads the light, I have a 150G tank 60x24x24 & running 3x250W SE AB's right now, is it worth the upgrade to DE?

IMO, ROIII. They both have similar light spreads. In Sanjay Joshi's testing the difference in output is close, so I say ROIII b/c not only did it do marginally better in Joshi's testing, but to me the tactile feel of the SLS stuff is better quality than PFO.

DE is WAY brighter than SE.
