Help!! How do I close an acrylic hole

I drilled my tank and decided the position for the drain outlet wasn't exactly in the spot I wanted it. I want to close off the hole I drilled so that I can move it. There is nothing obstructing the hole and drilling job was fine. Am I better off finding a threaded plug for the bulkhead and closing it that way, or should I epoxy an acrylic patch over the hole?

A bulkhead with a threaded pvc plug should do it.

Or you can cut a small square piece of acrylic and cement it in place with the appropriate acrylic solvent cement.
