Limewater Location

You would think one could find this at a store, but I cannot. I am looking for limewater or pickeling lime to use instead of actual kaulk from the lfs. What are common uses for it? What section is it generally located?

Look for picking lime, for making pickles.

I found mine at Food Lion near the canning area (i.e., Balls Canning Jars, pecktin, etc.) As someone in the store where this stuff is located, and if they do have lime, it should be there. THis is hit-and-miss, no other stores (including walmart) in my area carry it. My area isn't big on the home canning scene. You also might want to check out more 'rural' stores.
