Chris and Kristine are class acts. Customer service always comes first. I have known Chris for about 5 years. I first started dealing with him when he was with FFE and kept in touch, even when he wasn't doing anything in the industry.
I don't think you find anything negative about them that has not been dealt with through Chris' customer service.
I don't like to do business with companies, but, rather, people. Chris and Kristine are the kind of people I will do business with whether it's a company they own or work for. I know they will treat me right.
I am setting up a 450 gallon tank right now and there is no question where I am going to get my live rock/sand from. Chris is it. It might be slightly more expensive than other places (I am not saying it is, I just haven't bothered to look), but Chris' customer service and my piece of mind are worth it.

What is their URL?
Thanks,
Eddi

I've ordered from them a couple times - nothing but excellent service and corals.

Thanks for the input. I feel better. Their web site is awesome. Very good, clear pics, species names, and what appears to be people who care.

i completely agree with vegasmike about RM. if everyone were both as nice, as well as professional, as Chris and Kristine, the whole hobby would change dramatically. there are few people in this business that care about the livestock as much as Chris does. if there's ever any problem with an order because of a screw up by fedex (and you know how reliable overnight couriers can be when it comes to fish and corals), he never makes you feel like it's up to you to deal with the problem. i've never had to pay for an order that came in DOA because of fedex, so you can order with total confidence. as for their prices being somewhat higher, just take a look at the corals they're selling. i have no problem putting out a few pesos more knowing that i'm getting some really rare/unreal stuff.

I've ordered from them once. I was a pretty happy guy. I ordered a "small" generic coral and received a 6" coral. If that is small, I couldn't fit a large. I'm thinking of placing an order tonight based on what they have in stock.

They are good to go. Got my 90 lbs of LR from them last Tuesday. Cycling away and couldn't be happier.

Don't forget their coral prices include shipping! The only additional charge, besides the price on the coral or fish, is $10 for box/heat pack.
Makes the prices seem a lot better, doesn't it?

I totally agree with these two. My first order was delayed a day, and they took care of it.
I have 10 SPS and 2 zoanthid show rocks arriving on Tuesday.
I would recommend. Joe
