I am thinking of buying this filter off e-bay for $110. Does anyone have one of these? Is this a good deal? I have a cyanobacteria problem with my tank as well as nuissance diatoms that I have to wipe off the glass twice a week. My LFS sells good RO/DI water for only 50 cents a gallon but I don't have water containers and I have priced 5 gallon jugs at $25 each at home depot. For a 125 gallon tank I would need at least 4 of these so I figure buying the filter is a better investment. That's if it works well. Claims to be 110 gallons per day.
