I inadvertently added some hitchhikers to my QT tank. LFS couldn't get anemone off rock so they gave me the whole thing... thus introducing bristle worms, snails, and I think a mussel. I have linked to pics of a worm I took at night with a flashlight and am wondering if it is a flat worm. The pics aren't real clear and looks a lot like a bristle worm. In person the worm was flat, but actually looked like a flat bristle worm. Hopefully the pics are good enough.
If I am able to transfer the anemone alone without the rock... what are the chances of introducing other stuff to the tank?

It's a bristleworm, not a flatworm.
If you transfer the anemone without the rock you are very unlikely to transfer anything else, however anemone are easy to damage, it would be a real good idea to leave it attached to the rock if possible and transfer the whole thing. If you are worried about hitch hikers, a 3 minute fresh water dip will get rid of most of them, making sure to only dip the rock, and keep the anemone out of the fresh water. However, if this will be too technically challenging, probably better not to attempt it.
