View Full Version : Can someone tell me is there an anemones that look like zooanthids?

I have several little guys in my tank... they look like zooanthids but each is on its own.. help..:rolleyes:

probably zoo's but a rock anenome looks sorta like a zoo only 100 times bigger!.?

sounds like possibly aptasia. can you post a pic?

It could also be a mojano. Its tough to guess without a pic.

well they were hitchhikers..and are pretty hardy. they each sit on the rock by itself no colony mat base..

No I think I know what you are talking about. I have them too. They are pink with clear tenticles and white balls on the end of them. Am I close or way off?

Ahhh looks like the mojano ...pests.. awww I dont want to kill them if they are in my 55, all fish tank will a clown trigger eat them?

If they're not mojanos, they might be Pseudocorynactis, which I believe dwarfatize was talking about.
