My ballast turns on and hums but the bulb does not turn on until about 3-4 hours later. Its a Single PFO ballast and a coralvue 12k 250W bulb. Premiumaquatics is sending me a new bulb since the bulb is less than 2 months old. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks
