New LR...I like it!

I just bought some LR from Etropicals.com and am thrilled with the product. It is Carribean LR that was on sale, and shipping was also on sale. Came out to 2.79/lb shipped to my door. The rock is really cool shaped and has some nice coraline colors. Here is a pic of the rock in the box...this is a 50lb lot.

This is a pic of all the LR in the box. The pieces are all quite usable, and are great shaped. Very little rubble (great for frags!).

I actually ordered 100 lbs of this rock and shared 50lbs with a friend. All the rock was excellent quality.

IT looks like the Haiti rock we get in .. how much a pound did you pay? its cheaper then fiji. but smells all heck out..lol if its the same but looks like it.

Pretty sweet! Those big ones look like, maybe, Heliopora (Blue Ridge) skeleton. Nice!

It was shipped for 2.79/lb. Great price. It didn't stink at all in the box. I'll post a pic in the tank later...however it is curing in one tank, and being placed in the main tank later.

Here is the curing tank. Eventually this is going to be a frag growout tank. It'll have a small amount of LR, southdown sand, and racks. Lighting will be a 250w MH (iwasaki) and maybe some PC actinic for looks.
