Make big money!!!

Has anybody ever bought one of those infomercial programs that promise big $$$? I know that real-estate investment is a proven way of making money and there are several real estate based programs out there, but the way they are promoted makes it look over simplified. I normally just skip past them when I'm channel surfing but I can't help but be curious if anybody has actually been successful at using any of them.

If it is as much of a sure thing as they claim, then why aren't they still buying and selling property instead of hawking their how-to packages to the masses?

Iven seen a special on one of those guys before. All the testimonials were from 'friends', and all his jets and boats were rented. Why would this guy who could make all this money, sell his secrets for 39.95.

Real Estate investing is also a proven way to loose money :D

I've known a couple of big time real estate tycoons (the multi million dollar type) that have gone bankrupt. One was living in a small apartment over his old (also defunct) construction shop.

OK, so I ordered one the other day and it arrived today. It's sitting unopened on the floor next to my new digital camera that I hanen't learned how to use yet. Now that I have come to my senses I'm going to send it back for a full refund, minus S&H of course.

I saw an informercial tonight hosted by a squeaky-voiced Italian guy who said you can get rich buying used cars and selling them for huge profits. What a concept!

Think of the potential if you sold not just one used car, but an entire lot full of used cars at huge profits! Wait a minute....isn't that what used car dealers do?? But the used car salesmen I know aren't rich. What's the deal?
