how do you get a picture under your name ?

its called and avitar ..in the "my rc" its either under "my options" or "my profile" its in there says uploads avitar.. i think you need a certain amount of post to use your own!

You need at least 100 posts before you can put a "customized" one, and from what I understand, lounge posts don't count.
