Sounds good to me unless everyone keeps selling when they get a small gain and erasing the days gains like they've been doing lately.

Dow is still above 10K today. One of my stocks climbed 17% today on no news (that I'm aware of anyway). I'll take it though.

I used to average like 35-40 trades in a 12 month rolling period on my brokerage account.

Not anymore.

This year 2003, I think I have less than 20 trades so far.

I've become more "value" oriented in most of my stocks these days but still have a stock or two in the high risk high growth kind of stocks.

My pension is currently based on SP500 index. I may have to soon diversify it a bit onto something more conservative.
