Custom avatars...

I'm trying to upload my own avatar...but it says its not GIF or something and can't be uploaded.

How can i change that?

Yeh, it said its not valid because its not JPEG or GIF, so any help on how to change the properties of the avatar?

open it in paint or paintshop or photoshop or photodeluxe or whatever you have - hit save as "jpg" or "gif" ... Wipe your hands on your pants.... done..
