When to seed dsb

Wondering when I should seed my dsb. I"ve got at 58 gallon with 3" of dead sand and 56 lbs of lr. The lr has been in the tank for 2 days. Thanks in advance.

I'm in the process of cycling a 75G tank right now. Actually, it looks like it has finished cycling in about 2 weeks - fastest it's ever taken for me. I am going to be adding fauna to the DSB sometime this week. I wanted to wait until the tank was cycled. It seems like a waste otherwise since much of the life would probably not survive the high ammonia/nitrite levels.

I'd wait until the tank has completed its cycle and has zero ammonia and nitrites for at least a week.
