Red Fairy Wrasse x2?

hello all,
is it possible to keep a male and female fairy wrasse together? would the fight? I though i read somewhere to keep 2-3 females to every male, but cant remember where. They would be in a 55 gallon soft coral tank with one other baby perc clown. (well he is about 1 in and a half now).

It is best to keep them in a pair vice just a male because the male may eventually lose its coloring thus looking more like a female.
