green bubbly looking stuff

Anyone know what this is?
It started out as a very small patch about half the size of a dime. Now it's about quarter size and hasn't gotten any bigger, yet.

Get that stuff out. It can spread like a weed. I have one tank that got some huge bubbles until I put an emerald crab in. Now no bubble algae.

Try getting it out without popping the bubbles. Kinda like seperating an oreo cookie, pinch, twist, and pull.. :)
